Cover Love: Yes! I love the red and I love that it matches the other Princess books.
Why I Wanted to Read This:
I loved Princess of the Midnight Ball and Princess of Glass (such a unique take on Cinderella!). And I loved Jessica Day George's Dragon Slippers books. This one was high on my "must-read" list! Here's the synopsis from GoodReads:

When Petunia, the youngest of King Gregor's twelve dancing daughters, is invited to visit an elderly friend in the neighboring country of Westfalin, she welcomes the change of scenery. But in order to reach Westfalin, Petunia must pass through a forest where strange two-legged wolves are rumored to exist. Wolves intent on redistributing the wealth of the noble citizens who have entered their territory. But the bandit-wolves prove more rakishly handsome than truly dangerous, and it's not until Petunia reaches her destination that she realizes the kindly grandmother she has been summoned to visit is really an enemy bent on restoring an age-old curse. What I Liked:
I think it takes a special author to take Little Red Riding Hood and give it a new twist. And to throw in Robin hood and bring the story back full circle to the Twelve Dancing Princesses (covered in Princess of the Midnight Ball). This was fun and engrossing and romantic. A great read!
Again I liked the princess. Poppy has probably been my favorite, but Petunia is a close second. I felt we got to know Oliver a little better than Petunia. Once he knew he was all in to protect her he just had to admit his feelings. Their romance was very precious and he was wonderful.
All the sisters made an appearance and they got sucked back into the curse that had plagued them most of their lives. I was glad to see them again because I missed them in Princess of Glass. I especially liked to see Galen and Rose again. It was also interesting how the author brought back some of the characters we met in Princess of the Midnight Ball to help solve the curse once and for all.
The ending for all the sisters was so sweet! It was a perfect ending to this series. Happily Ever After!!
To Sum Up: A sweet addition to a great fairy tale series. I will be having many of my readers enjoy these books this year!
