Tween Tuesday: Spring & Summer MG Releases I am Looking Forward To...

Three Times Lucky by Shelia Turnage: (May 10: Dial)
First of all, this cover totally catches my eye.  And the reviews are coming in great!

Deadweather and Sunrise (Chronicles of Egg #1) by Geoff Rodkey: (May 29: Putnam Juvenile)
This one is the start of a new series called Chronicles of Egg.  How can you not love main character named Egg?

Small Medium at Large by Joanne Levy: (July 3: Bloomsbury)
This one is getting such great reviews!

The Sinister Sweetness of Splendid Academy by Nikki Loftin: (August 21: Razorbill)
I absolutely adore the cover of this one.  I will read it on the cover alone!  The synopsis isn't too bad either (I just got an eARC of this one from NetGalley)

If you ave never read Surviving the Applewhites I recommend you fix that ASAP. It is such a great story. This is the sequel and I am sure it will be just as great!

The Secret Tree by Natalie Standiford (May 1: Scholastic)
I saw this one in a webcast that Scholastic did and was immediately intrigued.

Chained by Lynne Kelly: (May 8: Farrar, Straus & Giroux)
This one would be an "out of my comfort zone" read, but with the recommendations & reviews I think I HAVE to read it!

The Sweetest Spell by Suzanne Selfors: (August 21: Walker)
This one might be a little more YA than MG but it sounds so delicious!

The Cavendish Home for Boys & Girls by Claire Legrand (August 28: Simon & Schuster)
I have only read the synopsis but I can tell you I already LOVE Victoria (AND Lawrence).

(by the way, creating this post really makes me miss Picnik & it's super easy collage feature!  moment of silence please)

    1. Aren't they though? No girls in fancy dresses here. Their covers actually look like they might have something to do with the plot!

  2. Oh wow, what a great list of MG titles. I'm really looking forward to CHAINED. There were quite a few I'd not heard of thanks for the introduction. I added a great deal to my TBR on GR. Thanks!
