There is a book I really want. I have seen it around the internet for awhile now and it's gotten good reviews. It's got a cute book trailer and everything!
It's published by Dial (a division of Penguin) which is a publisher I have yet to be able to get an ARC from so I didn't get one of this book (though I tried). So today, knowing that the publishing date was last week, I skipped into Borders with a coupon and a gift card ready to buy. I checked the Title Sleuth to make sure it was available. It WAS!! Although, I couldn't find it on the shelf. So I asked one of the employees (which I try to avoid doing because I generally know more than they do and it is totally frustrating). Well, she did know where the book was. It had been RECALLED because it was printed wrong.
Devastation.
