I am a librarian at the same school where I had previously taught kindergarten for five years. One of the best parts of being a librarian is that I get to know all the students in the school because I teach to every student. Today I am sad because there are several students I had as kindergartners that have become moody, droopy, stompy tweens. These are those sweet, huggy, lovable students I have four and five years ago. Now they glare at me and stamp off when I don't give them the right answer or try to hold them accountable. Aging is hard on all of us I guess!
