Here are the books that are highest on my radar for this spring:
Rump: a re-telling of Rumpelstiltskin? The idea alone makes this a must read and the synopsis sounds awesome. (April 9: Knopf Books for Young Readers)
The Wig in the Window: I think the cover for this one is adorable and the synopsis calls it a "smart, funny middle grade read with a Rear Window twist." Cannot wait! (June 18: HarperCollins)(technically summer, I know, but I am that excited!)
Going Vintage: I love Lindsey Leavitt and contemporary romances. Plus, don't you sometimes wonder how long you would last if you unplugged yourself? (March 26: Bloomsbury)
This Is What Happy Looks Like: I think the synopsis for this one is darling! I can't wait to read it! (April 2: Poppy)
The Runaway King: The False Prince was probably my favorite book of 2012. I loved it and cannot wait for the sequel! (March 1: Scholastic)
Wednesdays in the Tower: Again, a sequel I can't wait for! Such an adorable world, I can't wait to get back into it! (May 7: Bloomsbury)
What books are you most looking forward to this spring?
So with you on Going Vintage and I love that Wig in the Window cover.
ReplyDeleteI know! I want to stop at looking at upcoming books, but I just can't! I want MORE!!
DeleteI can't wait for RUMP! it sounds awesome!
ReplyDeleteI know!! I am trying not to request review copies, but it is really hard with this one. I have one RH contact that might be able to send me a copy so about once a week I start an email to him...then delete it. I should probably just go ahead and do that though!
